Right of withdrawal and cancellation

Important for tickets and reservations

For tickets, reservations and event services for a fixed date there is no right of withdrawal (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 9 BGB). Purchased tickets are non-cancellable and non-refundable (§ 6 AGB). Cancellations of booked events are governed by § 7 AGB: up to 90 days beforehand 50 %, up to 30 days beforehand 80 %, thereafter 100 % of the total price. The following instruction applies only to vouchers and pre-orders without a fixed date.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (IMO Marketing GmbH & Co. KG, Ikarusallee 16, 30179 Hannover, Telefon +49 176 12223377, E-Mail info@doli.restaurant) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. For this reimbursement we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise with us; in no case will you incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an appropriate amount corresponding to the proportion of the services provided up to the time of your withdrawal.

Exclusion or expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of services in connection with leisure activities if the contract provides for the performance to be at a specific date or period.

The right of withdrawal also does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that may perish quickly (e.g. prepared food).

Reservation and cancellation terms (all venues of the group)

These terms apply uniformly to table reservations, groups, celebrations and events in all restaurants and areas of the group – in each case towards the operator of the location named in the legal notice.

Please cancel any reservation you cannot keep as early as possible – by phone, e-mail or WhatsApp. Timely cancellation is mandatory.

For cancellations up to 90 days before the date we charge 50 %, up to 30 days before 80 % and thereafter 100 % of the agreed amount (e.g. menu, minimum spend, room hire or package).

For table reservations without an agreed amount we reserve the right to charge a no-show fee for non-attendance or late cancellation, provided it was stated in the reservation confirmation. You remain entitled to prove that we suffered no or a lower loss.

Purchased tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded. Vouchers are not paid out in cash; any statutory right of withdrawal for vouchers bought online remains unaffected.

An enquiry, a form message or a WhatsApp message is not yet a confirmed reservation.
